I see a seeing eye dog helping a blind man. The man is under the black spill, representing that he is always in complete darkness. You can see the man's feet in the way back because that's always in the back of his mind. Wishing that he could see the world and walk along by himself. The other side of the door is just black, showing even further how empty and alone this man is, not being able to see the rest of society.
