1-17-2011
A baby was conceived by a couple who had struggled vigorously to have a child of their own. The day the couple saw a tiny baby on the sonogram screen almost grown to term was one of the happiest days of their lives. The happiness was short lived. The baby did not survive. The couple once again became filled with hopelessness and despair, and that hopelessness and despair began to pour out of them. The home they resided in was in shambles, their once lush garden became a mess of weeds and dead plants, and the white picket fence that once encased their land no longer stood in one piece.
After many hard filled years the couple managed to once again pull themselves together. Abandoning the home they had dream of sharing with their lost child the couple decided to start a new. As the sun began to set one late evening the couple left their shambled home. With the sunlight fading on the dark time in their life the house represented the couple smiled, but never looked back.
