 “The Perfect Stranger”

I now cannot tell the difference whether I have hidden myself in this closet or if I have been forced in here. The closet does not belong to a friend of mine, no, it belongs to the stranger… the stranger who never tucks me into bed after a long day at school. It belongs to the stranger who doesn’t care enough about me or themselves to stay sober for the one night that I really needed to show them that I am more than just a child in the stranger’s closet. But the strangers hadn’t known what they were getting themselves into. Having to care about a helpless life form was no more important than some spider in a dark corner. It must have been really difficult for the strangers to put away their “influential” life style to keep the creation that would have been better off just remaining a lovely thought…
